"Kelanie"
The 31 days from Erev Sukkot, 14 Tishrei 5778 (10/4/17) to this past Shabbat 15 Cheshvan 5778 (11/4/17) have been a whirlwind! For some reason, that night in the Erev Sukkot service, Matthew 25:31-46 came to mind and I read it. From that point forward I have lived in a small whirlwind! Whirlwinds are quite a novelty, sucking up dust, spinning, jumping, irrationionally changing course, picking up small items, and dropping others. Just so, waking, sleeping, walking, praying, the words of Matthew whirl through my mind, and spirit. I read, re-read, pray, think, walk. Always in the background, spinning, never quite gone as I go through my day. And then we get to this last Shabbat; where a second whirwind breaks out so that in my mind and spirit two whirlwinds dance, spinning together through my prayers and thinking, waking, sleeping. Why? Why, I pray and ask?
Please read Matthew 25:31-46 below and, if you can, set it aside, it’s time to move on to this last Shabbat……
Shabbat Service | 15 Cheshvan 5778 (11/4/17). The service always starts with quiet personal prayer with praise music in the background. The Ruach HaKodesh always shows me what to play. On this morning I heard
The-VOICE- say:
“Kelanie! Focus –Raise the dead”
Very interesting! Only one song. Paul Wilbur. “No One Like Jehovah” Kelanie Gloeckler singing. It is a song about the supernatural power of the Ruach HaKodesh. Please read carefully the lyrics below.
But, I pray, we played this same song just two weeks ago - but obedience not understanding is the key. Later just before we started the service a burning memory came to mind and I told the story. Here it is:
When I was moved, by a miracle (8/6/05, ~2:00 pm), from atheism to a being a Believer, and before being moved to my Messianic Jewish Congregation, I went to a large non-denominational Christian Church. One Sunday a man in unfamiliar dress moved to the front of this filled room of 400+ seats. He was introduced as a Missionary, dressed in the normal clothes for the place where he had been preaching and teaching – Afganistan. I listened carefully to his message, and then he dropped the bombshell: “I watched a man raised from the dead.” Yes, that’s what he said to a congregation of 400+! I sat up electrified by his words. Totally believable! Remember I had just come back to faith by a miracle! (The Little Miracle in The MG) To continue: “I saw a man raised from the dead, and because of that one miracle an entire village came to faith in Y’shua!” In their country with the prevaling religion, those people faced almost certain death. I was in shock and awe!
Back to the service… When we got to the Haftarah portion what were we reading? A child being raised from the dead!!! When I realized what we were reading, I just started praying: “YAH what are you saying to us this day?” It’s at this point that the second whirlwind joined the first in my mind and spirit. As soon as we finished the Haftarah just before the person was going to read the Besorah I again heard
The-VOICE-
“Read Matthew 25!”
Immdeiately I spoke up and said: “We are changing and going to read Matthew 25.” Everyone was already prepared at Matthew 6 and looked up questioningly, but we flipped pages and read Matthew 25.
The rest of the service, then Oneg Shabbat, and then our interactive “Messianic Jewish Life” study went by in a blurr. Last up for the day, I settled into my easy chair for Torah Study on YouTube. The presentation was riveting, and then out of the blue I see, are you kidding(!) Matthew 25!
Are you the great Window Breaker?
Again the double whirlwind started twisting and turning through my mind and spirit as I closed my eyes, turned YouTube off and just sat there praying. All the while the first whirlwind of “Matthew 25” twisted and turned around the second whirlwind of “raise the dead”. The words of the song about the supernatural power of the Ruach HaKodesh swirled through the words about loving and caring for my neighbor. As I prayed I could not stop my mark of the Ruach – tears.
Last night as we studied together a dear Jewish Brother in Y’shua reminded me:
THE GOOD NEWS ACCORDING TO YOCHANAN 5: (AENT)
46. And Y’shua came again to Qatneh of Galeela where he had made the water into wine. And in Capurnakhum there was a servant of a certain king whose son was ill. 47. This man heard that Y’shua was coming from Yehuda to Galeela, and he went to him and was pleading with him to come down and to heal his son, for he was near to dying. 48. Y’shua said to him, “If you do not see miracles and wonders, you will not believe!” 49. That servant of the king said to him, “My Master come down before the boy dies.” 50. Y’shua said to him, “Go, your son is alive.” And that man believed in the word that Y’shua spoke to him, and he departed. 51. And while he was going down, his servants met up with him and brought him hope, and said to him, “Your son lives!” 52. And he asked them at what time he was made whole, and they said to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.” 53. And his father realized that was in the same hour that Y’shua said to him, “Your son lives.” And he and his house all believed. 54. Again this is the second miracle that Y’shua did when he came from Yehuda to Galeela.
THE GOOD NEWS ACCORDING TO YOCHANAN 14: (AENT)
9. Y’shua said to him, “I am with you all this time and you do not know me, Peleepos? Whoever sees me sees the Father, and how do you say, ‘Show us the Father?’ 10. Don’t you believe that I am in my Father and my Father is in me? These words that I speak, I do not speak of myself but He who dwells in me, my Father does these works. 11. Believe that I am in my Father and my Father is in me; otherwise believe even because of the works. 12. Amen, amen I say to you that whoever believes in me, these works that I do, he will do also, and more than these he will do because I go to the Father. 13. And whatever you ask in my name, I will do for you that the Father might be glorified by His Son. 14. And if you ask of me, in my name, I will do it! 15. If you love me, keep my Commandments. 16. And I will ask of my Father and He will give you another Redeemer who will be with you forever. 17. The Spirit of Truth, He who the world is not able to receive because it has not seen Him, nor does it know Him. But you know Him for He dwells with you and He is in you. 18. I will not leave you bereaved. For I will come to you in a little while. 19. And the world will not see me, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20. In that day you will know that I am in my Father and you are in me and I am in you. 21. He who has my Commandments with him and keeps them, he is who loves me and he who loves me will be loved by my Father. And I will love him and reveal myself to him.”

Matthew 25: (AENT)
31. And when the Son of man comes in his glory and all his Set Apart Messengers with him, then he will sit upon the throne of his glory. 32. And all the nations will be gathered before him. And he will separate them, one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33. And he will set the sheep at his right and the goats at his left. 34. Then the King will say to those who are at his right, ‘Come you blessed of my Father. Inherit the Kingdom which has been prepared for you from the foundations of the world. 35. For I was hungry, and you gave to me food to eat. And I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you took me in. 36. I was naked, and you covered me. I was sick, and you visited me. And I was in prison, and you came to me.’ 37. Then those will say to him, ‘Our righteous Master, when did we see that you were hungry and feed you, or that you were thirsty, and gave you drink? 38. And when did we see that you were a stranger and take you in, or that you were naked and covered you? 39. And when did we see you sick or in prison and come to you?’ 40. The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, inasmuch as you have done it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ 41. Then he will also say to those that are on his left, ‘You cursed! Go away from me to the everlasting fire that which is prepared for the adversary and his Messengers. 42. For I was hungry, and you did not give me any food. And I was thirsty, and you did not give me drink. 43. And I was a stranger, and you did not take me in. And I was naked, and you did not cover me. And I was sick and in prison, and you did not visit me.’ 44. Even then, they will answer and say, ‘Our Master, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to you?’ 45. Then he will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do to one of these little ones, you also did not do it to me.’ 46. And these will depart to everlasting anguish, but the righteous to everlasting life.”

II Kings 4: (CJB)
11One day Elisha came to visit there, and he went into the upper room to lie down. 12He said to Geichazi his servant, “Call this Shunamit.” He called her; and when she arrived, 13he said to him, “Tell her this: ‘You have shown us so much hospitality! What can I do to show my appreciation? Do you want me to say anything to the king for you? or to the commander of the army?” She answered, “I’m happy living as I do, among my own people.” 14He said, “What, then, is to be done for her?” Geichazi answered, “There’s one thing — she doesn’t have a son; and her husband is old. 15Elisha said, “Call her.” After he called her, she stood in the doorway. 16He said, “Next year, when the season comes around, you will be holding a son.” “No, my lord,” she answered. “Man of God, don’t lie to your servant!” 17But the woman conceived and gave birth to a son the following year when the season came around, just as Elisha had said to her. 18When the child was old enough, he went out one day to be with his father, who was with the reapers. 19Suddenly he cried out to his father, “My head! My head hurts!” He said to his servant, “Carry him back to his mother.” 20When he had taken him and brought him to his mother, he lay on her lap until noon; and then he died. 21She went up and laid him on the bed of the man of God, shut the door on him and went out. 22She called to her husband and said, “Please send me one of the servants with a donkey. I must get to the man of God as fast as I can; I’ll come straight back.” 23He asked, “Why are you going to him today? It isn’t Rosh-Hodesh and it isn’t Shabbat.” She said, “It’s all right.” 24Then she saddled the donkey and ordered her servant, “Drive as fast as you can; don’t slow down for me unless I say so.” 25She set out and came to the man of God on Mount Karmel. When the man of God saw her in the distance, he said to Geichazi his servant, “Look, here comes that Shunamit. 26Run now to meet her, and ask her, “Is everything all right with you? with your husband? with the child?” She answered, “Everything is all right.” 27But when she reached the man of God on the hill, she grabbed his feet. Geichazi came up to push her away, but the man of God said, “Leave her alone. She is in great distress, but Adonai has hidden from me what it is, he hasn’t told me.” 28Then she said, “Did I ask my lord for a son? Didn’t I say not to deceive me?” 29Then Elisha said to Geichazi, “Get dressed for action, take my staff in your hand, and be on your way. If you meet anyone, don’t greet him; if anyone greets you, don’t answer; and lay my staff on the child’s face.” 30The mother of the child said, “As Adonai lives, and as you live, I will not leave you. He got up and followed her. 31Geichazi went on ahead of them and laid the staff on the child’s face, but there was no sound or sign of life. So he went back to Elisha and told him, “The child didn’t wake up.” 32When Elisha reached the house, there the child was, dead and laid on the bed. 33He went in, shut the door on the two of them and prayed to Adonai. 34Then he got up on the bed and lay on top of the child, putting his mouth on his mouth, his eyes on his eyes and his hands on his hands. As he stretched himself out on the child, its flesh began to grow warm. 35Then he went down, walked around in the house awhile, went back up and stretched himself out on the child again. The child sneezed seven times, then opened his eyes. 36Elisha called Geichazi and said, “Call this Shunamit.” So he called her; and when she came in to him, he said, “Pick up your son.” 37She entered, fell at his feet and prostrated herself on the floor. Then she picked up her son and went out.
