"I AM clearing the deck!"
26 Sivan 5777 (20 June 2017) Tuesday Afternoon
In the days afterward, when I prayed trying to understand, instantly I see the completely clear flight deck of an aircraft carrier, but none of this has to do with ships, planes, or decks.
26 Sivan 5777, a Tuesday afternoon out of the blue, with my mind totally focused on a task, I hear –The-VOICE- say:
“I AM clearing the deck!”
Immediately I sat down, stunned, trying to figure out what just happened and what was said --this disconnected statement.
The next day, again out of the blue I hear –The-VOICE- say:
“_____ __ _____ __ ____”
(This for privacy I cannot publish)
I cannot publish the exact wording, but suffice it to say that I sat down in disbelief. From my human point of view there was no way that what was said could occur. Two days later, exactly what was said to me became reality. When it happened I was, as the saying goes, “taking water over the bow” ploughing through heavy sea waves, working to stay on course. First the one statement, then the second statement, and then the reality of the second statement. But the sheer fact of the matter is that because of the statement (alert) ahead of time, I was not blindsided or concerned by the “reality”.
Prayer in the morning is primarily praise, and worship seeking the “Shalom to passes all understanding”. Wednesday morning, in that time of prayer is when I first mentally saw the cleared carrier deck. But it is more than just a clear deck. There is elctricity in the air. As the saying goes “hurry up and wait”. The bow of the ship has been pointed into the wind and 5,000 crew members know that in the next few minutes, or could it be the next few hours, an entire wing of aircraft is going to land in quick succession. All the deck crew knows is that they have to be sprung like a cat ready for action at any minute. No sleeping or day dreaming here! Every sense, every emotion is charged and ready to spring into action. Such is what I see, feel and taste as I prayed, and since then, again every time I pray about “I AM clearing the deck!”.
But what does it all mean? “Clearing the deck” usually implies preparation for a near to occur event, requiring extreme vigilance. Why did I hear the those words and see that deck? Trying to understand using logic is a false road to walk. Prayer and Scripture study is the answer. This I do know; the last time I saw this kind of a sentence, there was an almost immediate explaination. (Read here: “Go to her, she is striving to know who I AM.”) This time, not so. Study! -We shall see!
“…And after the fire came a quiet, subdued voice.”
M'lakhim Alef (1 Kings) 19: (Complete Jewish Bible)
11.He said, “Go outside, and stand on the mountain before Adonai”; and right then and there, Adonai went past. A mighty blast of wind tore the mountains apart and broke the rocks in pieces before Adonai, but Adonai was not in the wind. After the wind came an earthquake, but Adonai was not in the earthquake. 12After the earthquake, fire broke out; but Adonai was not in the fire. And after the fire came a quiet, subdued voice.
“For Elohim is Spirit, and those who worship, they must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”
YOCHANAN 4: (Aramaic English N.T.)
19. That woman said to him, “My Master, I see that you are a prophet. 20. Our forefathers worshipped in this mountain, and you say that in Urishlim is the place that it is necessary to worship. 21. Y’shua said to her, “Woman believe me, the hour is coming that not in this mountain nor in Urishlim will they worship the Father. 22. You worship something that you do not know. But we worship what we know, for life56 is from the Yehudeans. 23. But the hour is coming, and now is when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, indeed. For the Father, He seeks worshippers as these. 24. For Elohim is Spirit, and those who worship, they must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” 25. That woman said to him, “I know that the Mashiyach is coming, and when he comes, he will teach us everything. 26. Y’shua said to her, “I am the one speaking with you.”
Note 56: The word here for “Life” is plural. The last word in the sentence, Anon (here translated as ‘Is’), means “Are.” (PY). The vital element of “life” here is Eternal Life through the redemption of Mashiyach. Y’shua emphasizes this aspect of life when he contrasts it to regular life, as he contrasts regular waters with “living waters” that bring eternal life. (AR)
“Then he answered and said to them, ‘Truly I say to you that, “I do not know you”
MATTHEW 25: (Aramaic English N.T.)
1. “Then let the Kingdom of Heaven be likened to those ten virgins who took their lamps and went out for the meeting of the bride and the bridegroom. 2. Now five of them were wise and five were foolish. 3. And those foolish virgins took their lamps but did not take oil with them. 4. But those wise virgins took oil in vessels with their lamps. 5. Now when the bridegroom delayed, they slumbered and slept. 6. And in the middle of the night there was an outcry, ‘Behold, the bridegroom comes! Go out for his meeting!’ 7. Then all those virgins arose and prepared their lamps. 8. And those foolish virgins were saying to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for behold our lamps have gone out.’ 9. These wise virgins answered and said, ‘What if there is not enough for us and for you? Rather, go to those who sell and buy for yourselves.
10. And while they went to buy the bridegroom came, and those who were ready entered with him into the banquet-hall. And the door was locked. 11. Now later also came those other virgins, and were saying, ‘Our master! Our master! Open the door for us.’ 12. Then he answered and said to them, ‘Truly I say to you that, “I do not know you!”’ 13. Be alert, therefore, for you do not know that day or hour.
Note 259: Following 25:1, this parable ends with the foolish virgins being locked out of the feast. Since the bridegroom is Mashiyach, the feast that he holds for his bride and his guests must be the food of eternal life and the well of living water. Like other parables with servants and talents, Y’shua teaches that unwise stewardship of blessings or teachings results in being locked out of salvation.
