I ask you! What if I was afraid and did not want to appear “foolish”. I had no idea what she was going to say, BUT it really did not matter! What mattered was being obedient to –THE-VOICE- without fear—of anything or anyone.

Second Timothy 1:

Panama City Beach, Florida. 04 Tevet 5775 (12/26/14) 5:00 am

 

     My daily time with ABBA in deep prayer with music is 5:00 am until …done. I seek him for the “Shalom that passes all understand”, through which all else can be accomplished. A hotel room was rejected in favor of sitting in a nice comfortable chair in the front hotel entry. The arrangement of the entry is: Four easy chairs in the middle, front doors in front of me, large couch to my left with a radio playing music, front desk to my right. Friday 5:00 am the night clerk and a young lady were sitting on the couch working on their computers.

 

     I put in my earphones, turned on music and went to prayer. In 15 minutes –THE-VOICE-, interrupted, loudly, firmly commanding:

 

“Go to her, she is striving to know who I AM.”

 

     My eyes went wide open in pure shock as I assessed the situation. How should I approach? Music? -Yes! The night clerk was gone and just the 25ish young lady was sitting busily working on her computer. Seeking to share my music, I walked over and asked: “Is it possible to plug my iPhone in to the radio?” Her response was a breezy: “Nope, it’s old school.” My approach dashed; I took a deep breath and launched:

 

     “I was praying and The Creator of the Universe told me to talk to you because you are struggling to know who HE is.” She did not bat an eye but hesitated and then looked me straight in the eyes saying: “I am trying to figure out what religion is right for me.” I said instantly: “Forget Jewish. Forget Christian. Forget Christmas. Forget the tree behind me. It’s not about religion; it’s ALL about a personal relationship with the Creator of the Universe.”

 

     Her reaction was instantaneous! Her eyes widened to the size of dinner plates and were filled with pure FIRE! “YES, YES, YES, I’ve been trying to figure it out. Exactly that! Exactly!” I have never seen such an outpouring of joy and excitement. I went on to explain and she took it all in: HIS NAME is, in Hebrew ( יהוה ) YHWH, YAHWEH! You were made by HIM in HIS image and HE seeks, in perfect love, a personal relationship with you. The Bible from Genesis to Revelation is HIS story. We are all sinful and Yahweh sent a Messiah “who will have my name in him”. The Messiah’s Hebrew name is ( יְהוֹשֻׁעַ) Yehoshu’a and means ( יהוה ) YHWH is salvation. ( ישוע) Y’shua is the Aramaic short version of ( יְהוֹשֻׁעַ) Yehoshu’a. I then showed her how in Hebrew the first three letters tracked. I ended with: “Your job is to pray for guidance and to read that Book, Genesis through Revelation and YHWH will reveal himself to you.”  With her eyes still full of fire, she said: “Thank You sir!” Smiling, I went back to prayer!

 

     An hour later, prayer done, the gold of dawn was streaming through the front glass door and she was gone. I never saw her again. My last prayer of the morning: “Praise YAH, be with her!”
